This place is a rip off. Arrived to a notice board informing us that half the park was closed. When I asked if they were re opening the staff couldn’t have cared less. They ask you to not bring in any food and then most of the eateries were closed. The rides we did get to go on were great. Queues were short and we got to go on many times. The Cabana was a good call glad we hired that. An email to customers warning them would be something to consider? Really poor customer service.

Unfortunately, despite annual maintenance and daily operating inspections, our slides and pools can experience technical difficulties, just as any other mechanical device. In most cases, we are able to re-open attractions quickly. That was our hope on the date you visited, and we sincerely apologize that we were not able to meet these expectations we strive to exceed. Park smelled like pee!!! Not to mention how my card was ran 3 times for $964.64!!! That's $2893.92!!!!! We stayed a whole hour at this pee park! Lets also add how a kid threw up in the pool where everyone was swimming the kid told the life guard and she ignored it!!!! I called this morning for a refund and they told me to bad! Horrible park and customer service! Id really rate -10!

Wow is all I can say!! They are trying to justify all their rides closed. The wave pool has been down the whole month of April and still closed. They have no food!!!! No food Adventure Island???! You promote you have vegan options too you have nothing of that in your park. Alll your stands are closed down. All your restaurants are closed. What is opened??? Oh yeah your new alcohol bar. I don’t go to a water park in florida heat to drink alcohol. We will not be back and not renewing our passes ever again. Going back to Disney waterparks and Aquatica where they have food and cleaner. Omg can I say adventure island is dirtier than ever. We have been going there for 20 years with our kids. Can’t believe I bought fun passes to this dump of a park. Go someplace else everyone. Spend your money else where. Cause nothing is opened with no food and only 1 type of dippin dots and rude employees. Bye bye Tampa parks….. hello Orlando where it will be a pleasure to drive for better adventures
