This tour includes the haunted history of every stop, as well as real paranormal evidence presented at every location that our investigation team has captured. You will hear real EVP's (Electronic Voice Phenomena), or audio recordings of ghosts, as well as witness ghastly apparitions captured on video and photo.

Bill gave the perfect blend of history, haunt, and humor. The walking distance is an easy square area around the main part of town, so you can grab a drink after the tour and look over all your photos for orbs. 😊

My 16 year old daughter and I booked this tour very last minute during an impromptu visit to St. Augustine, just an hour away from home. We got SO LUCKY! We were the only 2 on the tour. Bill was our guide and he was perfect for us. His historical knowledge of the city, his experience as a paranormal investigator and his “dad humor” made this a perfect fit for what we were looking for in a tour. A few things to know: ~ if you’re interested in JUST seeing ghosts non-stop throughout a tour, this isn’t for you. ~ but if you’re interested in WHY this city is haunted, walking to creepy and off the beaten path locations and hearing/seeing actual EVPs and video of his paranormal encounters at the sites via tablet, you’ll enjoy it. And you may even see or capture something on your camera that you can’t explain It was a beautiful cool November night with spectacular Holiday lights throughout the old city.
