Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Strollers and care seats are not allowed on board, but can be stored in the ticket booth.
Wheelchair access down the dock to the boat, must be able to manage 3 steps to get on and off the boat. Wheelchair cannot come aboard, it can be stored in the ticket booth. Please advise if assistance is needed.
Please dress appropriately to current weather conditions
Please no heels for safety purposes.
Minimum drinking age is 21 years old
All passengers are required to be checked in at the ticket booth prior to departure time to receive a boarding pass.

Tour was AMAZING. We sat on the upper level of the boat and enjoyed a spiked Del's lemonade while enjoying the beauty of the port. Our guide was extremely insightful and had us laughing the entire time. I would HIGHLY recommend this. For COVID concerns, they did not overbook the boat at all -- each group had plenty of space in between one another.

So glad you had an amazing time. Reviews such as yours make the day for our captain, crew and guides. You're right -- as a result of COVID we've reduced the number of tickets sold - but were able to maintain our low prices. This allows all our guests to have a safe distance from others. No wonder this tour is rated so highly! We really enjoyed the crew and our guide, as well as the boat route. This tour is very reasonably priced; we did another boat tour during the week for the same price and much preferred this Gansett tour because the duration was longer, the boat was less crowded (a major plus during COVID-19), we received a complimentary drink (non-alcoholic but the beers on board are reasonably priced!), and you could tell that the crew was incredibly knowledgeable and a part of the community from how they interacted with other boats passing by. Definitely make this part of your Newport itinerary!

What a nice review! Thank you. Our 90 minute tours of both the Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay feature cushioned seating on the shaded main deck, a top side "sunnyside" deck and outside seating on the foredeck. Given COVID-19, we've had to reduce the number of seats available, so everyone can now stretch out in safe distances. As for our captain and crew? We can't agree with you more! Hope to see you again aboard the Gansett in the not too distant future. Best, John

I purchased this trip to accompany a trip to Newport for my wife's birthday, and we were not disappointed. The ship was spotless, complimentary local beverages, and the entire staff was excellent. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get out on the water and do some sightseeing and have a good laugh.
