Not a good experience for us as we were not able to catch the boat. No detail instruction about the onboarding was given (the operator said an instruction was sent out in email, but it was different from what i have received from the Tripadvisor) and it took almost 20 minutes to find a parking spot in the parking structure. Finally parked and sprinted, but the boat already left the harbor.

If you were provided wrong information by your booking agent or by Viator you should absolutely be contacting them for a full refund. We will be more than happy to assist you in this process. Everything we provide from our end to Viator is accurate, up to date and very clearly stated on the confirmation emails.
