The arrangement was excellent and three days before we got a confirmation call from Isaac maybe about three times until the day before the departure to make sure that we will be picked up on the time that was convenient for us. Our driver, Jimmy was amazing and the service was top notch.

The driver was at our hotel prior to our agreed upon time, was very polite and friendly, and we arrived at La Guardia with ample time to spare. :)

Arrived in New York at JFK airport expecting to ride in an SUV to our hotel. Pleasantly surprised when we were taken to a stretch limo.
Very comfortable ride and although the driver did not extend a warm welcome we found this was the 'norm'
with most drivers in the places we visited.
Great not having to worry about finding shuttle buses to bet to the hotel.
