Unfortunately this transfer did not live up to the Viator reputation. The driver was on Braodway to pick us up rather than in the hotel pickup area. After about 10 mins mucking around on the street the driver finally jambed all our bags into the trunk and we had to ride with all our hand luggage and back packs to JFK in the car. The car itself was shabby, scratched paintwork and instruments missing from the dash which left holes in the dash. When we arrived at JFK he then requested a further $30 cash for our extra(4th) piece of luggage. Very dissappointing. :(

wasnt waiting for us at airport as expected although they say they were! Car was a bit tatty not exactly luxury. Picked us early for return journey for their purposes saying traffic was heavy - wasnt - wouldnt use again
