Kaitlyn goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience. And wow! does she know her stuff! We learned all kinds of interesting things about the local flora and fauna! Her tour bus is immaculately clean and is stocked with water and snacks. The seats are comfortable and the windows are big. If you're going to be in Ketchikan, you will want to do this tour.

Our tour operator and owner was fantastic - her knowledge of the area was outstanding and we were able to see a bear fishing for several minutes. I would highly recommend her tour to anyone!

Greatly enjoyed this tour. We were very lucky to see 2 bears catching salmon but even without that we were able to see wildlife along the sea shore and by the river. Katlyn was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and open to all questions. Great alternative to pricey cruise ship tours.
