Soaring Tree Top Adventures offers an unforgettable journey through the treetops. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this was no ordinary excursion. The customer service here far surpasses even the renowned standards of Chick-fil-A, setting a new benchmark for excellence. Every detail of this well-run establishment spoke volumes about their commitment to quality. The staff, not only polite and friendly but remarkably funny, quickly learned everyone's names and made each interaction personal and engaging. Being addressed by name at every turn was a delightful touch that made us feel like valued guests rather than mere participants. The zip lining adventure itself was exhilarating, with breathtaking views of the San Juan Mountains. Guides were knowledgeable and passionate, ensuring our safety and enjoyment at every step. One highlight of our experience was the gourmet lunch provided. It exceeded our expectations, perfectly complementing the day's adventure with its delicious flavors and variety. The best by far was the Soaring Cranberry Bars! If there's one suggestion for improvement, it would be to introduce name tags for the staff. This would make it easier for guests to remember and appreciate the wonderful individuals who made our day so special. This is an experience you won't want to miss. Thank you, thank you, thank you! What and EPIC day full of fun, excitement, beauty and delight. Phillip, Patrick, Erin, Kenzi, Josh, Zoe and the entire crew made our first time to Soaring Tree Top Adventures fantastic!! Amazing food - best lunch and snacks ever. THIS group is on their A game. THANKS for the wonderful day!!!

A SOARING 5++++ RATING from the S.S. Minnow!!! A top notch team of Sky Rangers, Excellent Family Owned Business with an awesome history, Education on the Forest was a Bonus and the food…YUM!! Soaring Zip Line is not just an adventure definitely a Life Experience that should not be missed by anyone!! The train ride from Durango to this virgin forest (part of only 4% left in the USA) gives you the opportunity to see things you can not from a car. Have an adventurous spirit? The Sky Rangers teach you how to go the ‘extra’ trick glide while being safe. Have a fear of heights or falling! Not a problem. The team of Sky Rangers have your back!! Words of encouragement as in “ I got you!!” and “I am here for you!” hold strong and true. The rigging you wear for zip lining is top notch!! Remember one thing…DON’T TOUCH THE GREEN BUTTON! A Sky Ranger ALWAYS has your safety first!! Lunch. DELICIOUS! “Let’s go have lunch in the trees” they said. Literally. A gourmet lunch is served in a cafe setting in the trees by the Animas river!! Gorgeous! There are no words to describe this experience, just have to check it out yourself. Have you ever smelled a pine tree? Weird huh? Felt the same way until the Sky Ranger Ecologist tells you to smell the trees..Ok Willy Wonka. The Ponderosa Pine smells of vanilla! One even smells like a cupcake!! Learn how the Resort takes care of the forest by going the extra length to a special ‘hugging’ system for the platforms designed by the son of the owners. Have to go Soaring if you want to learn more!!! Soaring Zip Line at the Tree Tops Resort is a Class act! The Staff is very personable, kind, professional and most important, a fun group of people!!
