We arrived by cruise ship and decided on this company as a slightly cheaper alternative to the ziplines offered onboard, plus a different experience. There are two companies in Juneau that have zip lines, we chose this company because of the great reviews, plus it offers a short boat ride across to Douglas Island, has two suspension bridges and takes place in a rain forest. I emailed and called the company; great response, easy to book and very informative. We were a group of six so they added on another time that worked better with our time in port; very much appreciated. We were meet on the Pier, checked in, signed the injury wavier and off we went. Equipment appeared well maintained while Eric and Steven were very professional, keeping on eye on all safety aspects during our flights while still enjoying chatting with everyone. As our zipper coaches, Eric and Steve set a fast pace and kept us in the air. If you haven’t zipped before, it’s not overly changeling but fun enough if you have zipped many times before. Even though you are in a rain forest, don’t expect to see any animals or even birds, but the massive Jurassic Park sized plants and trees are impressive with beautiful views. At the end, granola bars and bottle water is provided and you can purchase a picture taken on the last zip of the course or the usual T shirts and memorabilia. Our group had a fun; enjoyed the boat trip back to the Pier, leaving just a little time left to explore Juneau and have some crab spider legs. Recommended! Thanks Steven and Eric!

Douglas Island is beautiful and the zip lining is fantastic. The boat ride to the island is a short, easy hop from the cruise ship dock. Our experience was 100 in the rain, from the time we left Juneau, throughout our zip line adventure, and during our return to Juneau. The rain made the experience a bit more challenging, and at the same time rewarding and memorable. This was our first time zip lining, and I was especially concerned, given my age 71 and a couple health issues. The young, knowledgeable, enthusiastic crew made this adventure very doable and enjoyable. This line culminates with an 800 ft. run you must experience to appreciate. Great experience and would definitely do again.

This was our 4th time zipping in different places. This particular zip was the best so far. Don't miss the opportunity of a life time with this one! Love, love, loved it.
