Our tour guide left us after the maid of the mist boat tour. When we had paid for the “All American Tour” which included 4 different tours a 4 hour tour. I was able to find help at the original check in point. And some one was able to help us and get us back in track after waiting for over an hour

Neither good nor bad the guide was lost and then we didn't know what to do, I bought the tour twice and once canceled before 24 hours and they didn't refund me the money I called Viator and he didn't solve anything or anyone so watch out for that

our tour guide was paul, he was super friendly and in my opinion was the best one that i saw there. he was actually paying attention to our other tourists that were with our group and interacting with us & was super informational. this attraction is definitely worth seeing in your lifetime, both day & night. almost every chance i got i was always like "oh wow thats so pretty". im so glad i got to experience this!
