We booked this tour online two days ahead and received confirmation tickets. On the morning of the tour we waited outside our hotel for twenty minutes before deciding that no one was coming to pick us up. We were never given any means of contacting the driver. We had to go back online to TripAdvisor to find a contact for Viator. The customer service representative was able to contact Henry, the tour operator, who said he had not received our reservation. Fortunately, he was available. As said in many other reviews, Henry did a great job. However, somebody dropped the ball with the reservation. At the very least, the confirmation should include a phone number to contact in case things go awry. In the end, we enjoyed the tour despite the 45 minute wait.

Henry was an amazing driver and tour guide! We learned so much about Atlanta's history, and had such great conversations with him! The only drawback was it went by way too fast!
