Mike, the instructor, is a gem. He is one of those people who really embody customer service and puts you at ease. He is also very knowledgeable about the equipment and described cool geographic features along the ride. 10/10 would ride again! Our ride was on an April morning and it can get quite chilly so make sure to wear layers and bundle up just in case.

What a fantastic adventure! I took my 70 year old mom and 8 year old niece visiting from Florida, along with my 10 year old. Mike was a great guide. We experienced sun, rain, and a little bit of snow. He had us covered with extra blankets and gloves. We had a great time seeing some sites we have not seen before. My mom wants to do it again the next time she visits and bring my dad along.

We had a blast! We went on the 3:00 Friday tour in April. Two adults and two 8 year olds. The trials were fun and we stopped at a lava field and had a couple of great mountain views. We switched seats often and we're glad we bought the buffs, it was very dusty. I would also recommend an old sweatshirt for the dust and it does get colder the higher you ride up. Plan to take a shower after.... as Mike said "it's a two shower day!" Mike was a great and knowledgeable guide and very easy to talk with. Remember cash to tip your guide. :) We look forward to the lakes tour this summer!
