Caroline was an amazing tour guide! We learned a lot of wonderful history. You don’t actually go inside the locations because these places are actual businesses with patrons, so if you book keep in mind you’re going to be surrounded by the a lot of everyday people trying to have fun at clubs which can get loud.

Ashley was very entertaining and had some good ghost stories to tell. The walk through the historic Fells neighborhood was suitably creepy at night. One of the bar bouncers was so disturbed by her tales that he went inside while she talked about his establishment. I had a personalized tour, with just one other person who was training to be a tour guide, so I got twice the attention and twice the stories. A fun way to spend an evening!

We were stuck in traffic and got to the destination and no one was there. We were only five minutes late and no one contacted us and we did not know what to do so we called customer service and no one could help us This was very disappointing
