On the way back from Disney and spent the night in Beaufort....why not do a ghost tour? Two kids and two adults, we were the only individuals on the tour...added bonus they have now added dad bud headsets which enables you to hear every w ord, plus social distancing. Charlotte was engaging and tailored the tour for the younger kids so as not too scary. If you can't do a day tour..do this!

Charlotte has a wealth of knowledge about the area and did an amazing job explaining the history of Beaufort and all of its spooky folklore. Plus the town is simply majestic to walk around and witness in the evening. I went in a skeptic but left with a new appreciation for the supernatural. When I heard my name on the EVP my heart skipped a beat. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants a good scare but is also interested in the darker history of Beaufort and the Old South.

My husband and I took our two children ages 6 and 8 on the ghost tour. Our guide, Charlotte was a wealth of knowledge. She was also our tour guide earlier in the week on a carriage ride. She is from the area and is very passionate about the history. We learned so much! It was just the right amount of history and scary. The only time I was super freaked out was when the EVP picked up a voice that said my name. I will never forget that! This is a must-do for history lovers and/or those who love a good ghost story.
