They want a 48 hour notice if you cancel but provide no notice if they cancel. My wife and I showed up at the correct time for our appointment only to find out the lesson was cancelled due to high wind. That's understandable but no phone call, no email, no text prior to showing up. What's worse was that I was at Oregon inlet campground and had a transportation issue so I had to Uber to the lesson so not only the wasted hour traveling there and back but we spent 60 dollars on the Uber, a cost that could have been prevented with a text, email, or phone call from them.

Thanks for your feedback. We apologize for the lack of communication. Unfortunately, that day the wind changed suddenly and unexpectedly. The decision to cancel the lesson for safety due to high winds was made just before the lesson start time. We understand that this does not make up for the disappointment and frustration you experienced, but we hope that you come back and fly with us soon.
