We loved every moment of our Mauna Kea experience ! First I have to start with the guides. Wes and Aoki-san were an excellent team who truly made our experience special, from their knowledge and customer focus to their mad photography skills. The kids are still talking about the incredible experience of seeing the sunset from the summit to the best stargazing of our lives. I don’t think I appreciated how special it would be to have someone else in charge of getting great photos (that’s usually my job) but Aoki-san is so much more talented than me at capturing truly amazing memories from his and the guests’ cameras and generously sharing them at no additional cost. Such a special team and experience. I’ll recommend them to all of my friends.

Wes & AOki were OUTSTANDING Tour Guides! Being 13,000 ft up was so neat. Seeing the craters from that high was unforgettable! They took SO MANY PICTURES and Air Dropped them to our phones-FREE! Seeing the Observatory’s opening up at sunset was something you will never experience unless you do this tour. They have a telescope with them & a Time Lapse Camera to take our photo with the Milky Way-WOW😁We can’t say enough how great the experience was. Thanks Guys👍🏻😁 Great Job! PS, thx for the Parka’s, pants & gloves...
