Spectacular sunset view from the top of Mauna Kea followed by star gazing at 12,000 foot level. Saw rings of Saturn for the first time. The guides identified many of the astronomical star groups. All three guides were entertaining and knowledgeable. The included photos taken by the guides were very well done, high quality and nicely posed. Also got quite a few bonus star photos they took with special equipment on other trips. It’s a long drive on a difficult road. Highly recommend using a tour instead of doing it on your own.
