Leaving new York city to Niagra Fall the trip supervisor said that the bathroom is locked in the bus and will clean and open it for use. On returning also the bathroom remained locked the whole trip. Also they served breakfast so late and on the curbside removing the plastic bags from the carton box lying on the ground.

We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the service you received. Regarding the bathroom, guests can use the bathroom on the bus, but the smell can affect the experience for everyone. So we stop every 2 hours to go to the bathroom, and the bus bathroom is for emergencies only. We regret that the breakfast delivery person was late that day, and we have notified the tour guide department to make improvements. Hopefully the above explanation will help you! Had a beautiful trip. Niagra falls is worth watching at least once in a lifetime. The travel guide was amazingly well and very helpful at all times. Night show was also scenic but would have been much better if fireworks were also a part of the show. The only negative part was that the travel time is too long compared to the time spend at the locations, best Suggestion would be to travel in the night and visit the places in the mornings. Kudos to the guide Catherine.
