Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.

Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

It was a pleasant experience going on this tour. Maid of the Mist river cruise was amazing and highlight. On the way, Corning Glass Museum and State Park short trails were interesting. Although its a long drive, well spaced breaks helped to ease road travel. Our tour guide Daniel was friendly and a good organiser! Overall, a pleasant experience and value for money!

The worst experience ever. Our tour guide was just mean and unhelpful .Her name is Sunny. Be careful not to get scammed!!! She tried to charge us for Niagara Falls fireworks 45$ (it’s free to enter and watch). She said is mandatory fee and if we didn’t pay she’ would refuse give us transportation back home!!! Ridiculous. Next thing: she demanded 12$ per person per day “service fee” - the trip description said: “guide, service fee, bus driver and transportation already included” but she still tried to collect and again said if we didn’t pay she would refuse give us ride and we would have to find our way to NYC🫠 and finally Watkins Glen State Park is open and free to everyone but she charged 22$ per person to go there, people who don’t pay, have to wait on the parking lot with bus driver. When we asked why is 45$ for niagara which is free she said it’s company policy and she has nothing to do with that, so we called the company and they said we didn’t have to pay for it and the service fee because it was included in the price! She had a list who had already paid that ridiculous price and service fee but we weren’t there, so technically she wanted to take money in her pocket 🤷🏼‍♀️ (everything cash, no receipts etc.) the original price for each attraction she asked us about was 190$ per person and we had already paid 230$ for the entire tour. In the description it says that corning museum and maid of the mist, cave of wind is not included so its fine to pay for that, we knew about it. (Museum+boat+cave=80$, not 190$:)) a lot of hidden fee and overpriced attractions without any explanation. Pricing from the Niagara Falls original website: maid of the mist - Adult: $28.25 Cave of wind - Adult: $21 So with taxes should be around 55$ and she asked for 75$!! When we asked why, she said it’s just the company price, so we didn’t want it and we will purchase when we get there, then she turned mad that we can’t because its a tour regulations and if she see us doing those attractions by ourselves she will leave us there without any notice??!!! in the tour description is: tickets SHOULD be purchased from tour guide. Its true but as I know „should” is not an obligation but our will to do that. Anyway we HAD to do that so we purchased same attraction 20$ more because we were afraid that we would be left, even if we paid for it. Do NOT go with jupiter legend especially with SUNNY!!! I warn you. if you don’t want to be scammed, have bad experience and memories. It’s not worth it. if you don’t mind paying for something with free access or paying twice, you probably will enjoy the trip… this company is scam and only money matters not satisfaction of customers. Highly disappointed, thank you to make my trip unforgettable, in a bad way.

The tour guide and our customer service representative have explained all the fees to you many times. It should be emphasized that we have not overcharged or charged incorrectly. Everything is strictly implemented in accordance with the disclosure and regulations. Our product description also clearly states that since this is a bus tour, we do not accept customers to buy tickets on their own. Thank you for your understanding!
