Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.

Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

Andy was an amazing tour guide - very knowledge and organised with a good itinerary. He kept us well on time and took us to some great spots. Would highly recommend. Only improvement for future tours would be spending more time at the Capitol would be amazing.

The tour went well without major hiccups. We travelled in the winter, so it was cold, but on the upside there were no lines. The tour's critical mass is Chinese (I guess that's their main market), so the guide will speak both Mandarin and English, with emphasis on Mandarin. Me and my family were fine with it, but some people might not be, make your choice. Overall this tour booked on Viator was value for money (you can book parts of this tour on other platforms with differing options and prices). Heads up on what you choose as optional on the tour. I would recommend paying extra for the Niagara activities and the buffet (and no I am not a big eater, it's just value for money too, though eaters can enjoy too). You can skip the Corning Glass Museum, but I personally enjoyed the educational part of it; the driver legally needs to take a break, hence the random stop here. If you have been to DC Capitol, you can also skip; if you haven't been, you gotta visit. Rex Lin the tour guide works hard.

We made 3 bookings as the system only allowed us to book for 4 pax at a time. At the start of the tour we were shocked that our group had to be separated into 2 separate bus tour. The tour was very rushed. Called Viator to resolve our hotel issue but they pushed to blame to the tour group and had us call them. Viator's operator is based in Philippines and the tour group operator is based in China, they couldn't communicate with each other and kept referring us back and forth to the other. In the end, we gave up and did not continue the tour after day 1. It was a terrible experience.
