Dana was an excellent tour guide. She is very energetic, knowledge about the falls and the area and cared about our well-being the whole day we were with her. The tour itself was fantastic, we got to see the falls from above, below, beside and actually in it. Worth the money

While the helicopter and boat rides provided a great experience, there was way too much time wasted. We were picked up late from the hotel, waited at least an hour in the cold for the helicopter ride, and had to keep waiting for a tour guide to come back to take us to the next activity. The whole thing was unorganized and drug out over multiple hours. We were hungry around 12:00 but didn’t get to the included lunch reservation until 1:40. The lunch was less than memorable.

I came to Niagara Falls, NY during a busy holiday weekend.. It was great to be able to get into all the attractions without having to wait in long lines!
