The guide didn’t come to pick me up at my location. I had to chase the tour into the locations and used my car. Since the second tour was in downtown, I drove back into downtown using my car. So I didn’t get to see the first location. I want to claim my money back since the services were not rendered. I was told my different people about different things and that led me to drive recklessly to reach to a place which was wrongly addressed by a second person on the phone. and he wasn’t the guide. Trip advisor told me to call an 888 number which said I must change my option to afternoon which I hsaid is not possible . I had another commitment then. She didn’t know anything and was wasting my time on the phone. Please compensate my trip with all the money since this has led to a lot of discomfort and inconvenience on my part. Thank you.
