Some of the stops did not have proper signage. And one of the stops was not where it was advertised to be. I paid for 3 days but was only able to use 1 day. Was not a user friendly option in Washington DC. Waste of money. Don’t recommend!

The bus did not run on time and the schedule is so limited it is difficult to use it more than once a day unless without spending a significant amount of time sitting at the stop. We endeavored to start the day on the bus to tour the monuments. We waited 20 minutes for the first bus at our stop and then ended up walking to our destination as the bus had still not arrived. The pink and red loop are poorly explained on the website and the company rep at the stop admitted as much. The audio tour leaves a lot to be desired. In the end walking along the mall and a few Ubers is more time and money efficient.

We always aim to be punctual, but occasionally traffic can cause delays. We do our best to maintain a 30-minute interval on the red route and a 20-minute interval on the pink route. The red bus is ok. The driver we had was a bit aggressive. The stops are long. We did not enjoy as usual. Definitely not nessesary when traveling to Washington. Lots of things are walking distance.
