I wish I never bought the tour. We went in January. This was advertised as hop on/off service. A bus would come every 30 minutes. So I would assume the absolute longest I would have to wait was 30 minutes….. the bus quits very early in the winter, that is a tad inconvenient but easily enough to work around. What was completely unacceptable was having to wait over 45 minutes for a bus, only to be driven 2 stops and then told we needed to get off the bus because the driver needed a break and had to wait another 45 minutes to go. The narration is a joke, the head phones kept switching off and u couldn’t even hear it. Multiple times the bus was over packed and there was no seating available. Broken down buses and buses that were visibly leaning. Save your money. Several times I had to seek alternate transportation because the wait for a bus was in excess of 70 minutes. They advertise 30 minutes.

I'm accustomed to using a competitor bus and I did not feel this tour held up to the other ones in it's class. I did like that there were indoor and outdoor seating but it felt like the drop on/drop off locations were too far away to be as helpful in navigating the city. It wasn't terrible, just wasn't the best one I've been on.
