Our only disappointment is that the sellers at the kiosk near Quincy Market misrepresented some of the facts. We were told if we purchased on line (from the Cityview website) our ticket would only be valid for one stop and not allowed to hop back on. He informed us the Cityview website purchase would no longer work if we wanted to hop back on in the same day. Of course we felt forced to purchase there from him. We learned once we arrived at the main stop ( stop 1) the on line ticket was no different and would have been valid to hop on hop off for one full day. Felt a little ripped of for that $8. Other wise it was a fantastic experience. Very convenient, clean and efficient. Brought us passed all the major locations and sites with convenient stops. Our 2 tour guides were wonderful. Very informative, polite, funny, talented and knowledgeable. We had Johnny Boston once and he was very funny. We had Mario twice and he was excellent, he even sang to us in Italian. Next time we will save $8 and buy on line but would still select to use Cityview Trolley Tours when we are visiting Boston.

Johnny Boston, our driver/tour guide was awesome! In fact, we toured twice on his bus because we enjoyed his humor, his knowledge, and his interaction with his guests. We learned a great deal and thought the tour was well worth our payment. Thank you, Johnny! M & D (from Virginia, oh my gosh, your favorite state!)
