Bostonian have a great sense of humor! The trolley city tour is a must if you are first time in the city. It is a great way to pack some must see in just one hour. And if you want to hop off and walk around at your own pace you can do so and the bus comes every 20-30mins for you to hop back on. Very informational tour guide and friendly to answer all your questions.

Booked through Groupon which included hop on and hop off trolley and a short harbour cruise. The trolleys aren't as frequent in the winter months as they are in the summer. Followed the map, it was a case of standing at where you think they stop. We were advised that they're unable to put signs identifying their stops throughout Boston due to town rules. This was initially a little frustrating but no fault of the company from what they advised. The trolley tour is a perfect 1st day must to give you an idea of the location of tourist sights throughout Boston which is an advantage for then making your own plans on subsequent days. Roll up plastic windows are fitted to the trolley, rolled up on sunny, warm days and closed when it starts to get a little chilly. Driver / guide was excellent at giving a little history of Boston and points out a few restaurants along the way. If using a voucher you can initially hop on at any pick up / drop off point and exchange your voucher for a ticket at stop 1, this is also where the harbour cruise departs from. If you like the water, the harbour cruise is certainly worth the money to get a different view of the city and narrated cruise.

Booked a tour for entire family of four. We were in Boston for a couple of days. It was a beautifull December 1, day, almost 60 degrees. We went to wait for the trolley at a designated hop on hop off at Fenway park. We planned entire tour around this hop on hop off trolley, we vwaited and waited, never showed up, waited nearly 2 hours. we had to take UBER to our next destination. We figure we will catch up to them near the Aquarium, waited and waited, we asked the info center, where the trolley was, they said the trolley was not running for past 2 days... We had to Uber all our sightseeing.. Thanks for nothing, I will never ever use you. I will never ever recommend you.....
