Advertising promotes “all day” hop on hop off. The ticket only allows 1 loop. Our preferred method is to first do the entire loop to hear the full commentary and get to know the city. Then go again getting off and on at the stops that are interesting. There are not enough trolleys. We got off at the second stop. The stop was not marked. When we tried to bay on a later bus it did not stop at the same spot as our drop off. There was no line and suddenly it was a mad scramble of people vying for the 4 open spots on the trolley. We gave up and just walked the rest of the day.

Absolute Must. First time in Boston and this gave us a great overview of the city, learned a lot about the history, stops at all of the main attraction points. Very efficient and would absolutely do this again.

The 2 guides were very informative and quite entertaining. Too bad some of the people kept talking and kept us from hearing what the guide was saying.
