Ellie was a friendly and engaging tour guide. She has a wealth of information about Boston and it’s history to impart. She far exceeded my expectation because she was so knowledgeable. She took us to some great eateries that we would have walked by without knowing the history and uniqueness of them. She gave help and advice well beyond the remit of the tour. We were lucky to share our guide with a lovely American family of 3 generations. We loved the food too. I highly recommend this tour.

We loved this tour! What a great way to start our Boston vacation. Ellie was so knowledgeable and did a great job of sharing the layers of the history and the culture of Boston and the North End. Plus so much yummy food!

It was bread, some lunch room pizza, an excellent sandwich, some coffee and an excellent dessert. Really not worth the time or money. The shop owners did NOT seem happy to see us. To be clear, though, plenty of other tours were at the same spots. So the food problem wasn't the fault of THIS tour. It wasn't timed well. The guy giving the tour was Eric. He did a pretty good job for it being his first time out. It was 99 degrees and I think he was nervous at first.
