We bought tickets in July for a sunset dinner cruise in September. We were planning to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday with her friends. We had confirmation emails, tickets in hand, and got to the boat an hour before boarding ... but there was NOBODY at the ticket counter, the boat was empty, and none of other cruise companies at counters nearby knew anything!! This terrible company didn't even send a text or email to let us know they had cancelled the entire event. Not only that, they double-booked my credit card and there is nobody answering the phone lines to resolve it.
