Hi Michael. Thanks so much for taking time to leave your feedback. Although we always aim for 5 stars, we do really appreciate your feedback. I want to first apologize for the guide being late. Usually, we never blame traffic, however, there was a crash on the road towards Boston so traffic was at a standstill for over 45 minutes. We are so sorry that you had to wait. As this is our first review that is not 5 stars, we will ensure we have a discussion with our guide to ensure no guest ever feels like this again. We will make sure more information is provided so you get the full feel of Boston. We really appreciate you taking the tour with us and wish you the best of luck in the future. Thanks so much Michael.

We had a 6 hour private tour of Boston with Manny. Manny was very knowledgeable about the history of Boston. He didn’t just give the textbook facts but had a lot of anecdotal information that made it more interesting. He also customized the tour to make sure our desires were accommodated.
