TOURS AND TASTINGS ARE FREE..THIS PRICE IS REALLY ONLY FOR THEIR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. UOU COULD UBER AND MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATIONS FOR MUCH CHEAPER! It was our friend’s 70th Birthday so I wanted to do something special. We paid just over 1,000.00 for the four of us. While booking it said to email the company your top 4 choices of tours…however there is no email to send it to. So I called and left them several messages with no return call. I finally called Viator (with TripAdvisor) Friday night who was able to get a hold of the company. The company texted me Friday evening (for a Sunday tour) asking for 5 preferences on tours…they hadn’t even looked at it until they sent me the message. We got 2 out of the 5….read further for how they messed that up. I will say Johnson the driver (we had a message that Vladimir was our driver) Johnson was excellent and should really find a different company to Work for because he has his life together! Our 2nd tour @ Buffalo Trace was a hot mess. They had our tour time wrong and we missed it. It was not on Buffalo Trace according to Guest Relations.) it was on the company we booked thru. I was speaking with Guest Relations when a women stepped into a conversation I was having with Buffalo Trace. She began asking questions without introducing herself. After I asked her who she was, she identified herself as a supervisor and was trying to get Buffalo Trace to put us into a tour…20 minutes late. She was unprofessional. She approached me again while I was in the gift shop. It wasn’t until I began raising my voice and telling her that her company had bad communication and that we were done speaking to her. I could go on, but I won’t. Hope you all Got the point.

We had a great day touring the distilleries. Our driver Belkis was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She communicated the timeline very well to us and it made for a wonderful experience. We toured four roses, Buffalo Trace, and Woodford reserve. The tours were all different enough that the day didn't get repetitive, and most importantly the bourbon was fantastic!
