Бутик Старый город Александрия Гастрономический и исторический тур

Обзор
Alexandria, Virginia sits just across the river from DC but Old Town feels far removed with its cobblestone streets and charming rowhomes. When visiting DC, we always suggest that people take the time to explore this little nearby gem!

Enjoy tastings from locally-owned restaurants which contribute to the story we share. Along the way we will visit a classic spot that has been a mainstay for over 40 years; a restaurant with award-winning dishes, and classic bistro with European roots.

Explore the pretty streetscapes, the waterfront, public art pieces, and the architecture while you learn about the evolution of this small city. From the Civil War to Civil Rights to present day, Old Town has played an instrumental part in this country’s history. Come and get a taste of history.

A portion of each ticket sale is donated to Bread For The City, an organization who provides food, clothing, medical care, and legal and social services to reduce the burden of poverty for DC residents.

We had so much fun on this walking food/history tour! I had family from out of town and this was the perfect experience to introduce them to why we love Old Town! I can’t wait to do this again and feel so RELIEVED that we finally have a cool activity to take friends and family to without have to drag everyone into DC! Definitely doing this again....loved it!

Hi Lisa! Apologies for the delay in my response here - somehow I missed your amazing review. :) We are so excited to have launched our Old Town tour this season and I'm thrilled to hear that as a local, you enjoyed it. We love Alexandria so much and hope that people visiting DC "drag" themselves across the river to explore with us. Cheers, Mary
