See Branson’s magical, electrical, celebration of the holidays like a VIP from one of our luxury coaches.  Our lights tour is  limited to 14 passengers, so you’ll get an upscale, personal, experience from our guide. Your itinerary includes riding through two of Branson’s most eye-popping lighting displays. We kick things off by driving to see the beautiful Chateau on the Lake, to see their awesome display of Gingerbread Houses, and their beautiful atrium lobby...with a stream that actually has fish in it! Wow! When time allows, we will include other local lights, such as the Historic Downing Street in Hollister, MO. After the first Sunday in December we will also be able to see the Historic Nativity scene on Mount Branson. Tour length depends on traffic in the drive thru displays. Typically this tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.

The directions to the meeting place are AWFUL. INFO on your site had 2 different addresses, the meeting place says VIP, no mention of Viator. Everyone on the bus had problems finding it! Get better directions on your site. This was very annoying Driver was great

Terry, thank you for touring with us and taking the time to write a review. Your review is really more about Viator/TripAdvisor than VIP Tours of Branson. As I mentioned in a previous review response, we tried for months to get Viator/TripAdvisor to change the address, and they wouldn't do it. We finally got it changed, but for all the people who booked prior to the correction, Viator did not send a notice of the new address. We could and should have done a better job ourselves of notifying guests that booked through Viator, about the address change. We did notify a LOT of people. I'm sorry you weren't one of them. Glad you enjoyed the tour and the driver. Those are the parts we have control over!

Awe enjoyed it. However, please do not allow alcohol on the tour. The people we were on the tour with were so rude and loud. Drinking the whole tour. Made it very uncomfortable.

Marie, thank you for touring with us and for the 4 Star review. And I really do appreciate you mentioning the alcohol situation! We do not allow alcohol on our public tours (if we know about it). If people bring drink cups on with them and they have alcohol in those cups and we don't know about it, there's nothing we can really do about it. If people tell us they want to bring alcoholic drinks on the tour, we tell them that we don't allow it, and encourage them to book a private tour instead. I really am sorry that they made you (and probably others) uncomfortable!

Do not be deceived, this is more of a hotel bathroom room tour, you will not be going through the Shepard of the hills display, we were dropped off at the first hotel to use the bathroom and see 3 or 4 gingerbread houses, the singers had quit singing, water falls without water, stoped at another hotel and told to use the bathroom if you needed to or not and see another gingerbread house that wasn’t even a gingerbread house, we stopped in the Hilton hotel parking lot to wait 6 minutes for a 5 minute spray of water that couldn’t be seen from the seats on the left side of the bus.

Although we included the Trail of Lights at Shepherd of the Hills, for the past 7 years, we did not include them in our 2023 tours. We did not mention that display on our website or any printed information that we published. If online and/or local ticket resellers had it listed on their information, we apologize on their behalf. I don't even want to try to defend against all the other complaints you have about the tour. All I can say to you folks reading the 1 Star review above, is, read the overwhelming majority of the 4 and 5 star reviews for this tour, the guide, the displays and the Chateau on the Lake. We're not perfect. That's for sure. But when it's the same driver, doing the same tour, night after night, how is it that people can have such differing opinions? Selah!!!
