I'm so sorry the app wasn't working so well! The Brooklyn Heights & DUMBO tour starts at the corner of Prospect St & Adams St, Brooklynn. You can use your phone's GPS to get there, and once you're at the starting point, the app will take you over. We also have a 24/7 support team who could have easily fixed this for you. To make things right, we'll give you a full refund. Please reach out to us ASAP so we can get that started.
