I've taught Beach Yoga for 14 years in our quaint tourist town of Cape May, NJ. I love the opportunity to provide visitors and locals with an unforgettable experience. I've learned how to provide the ultimate Beach Yoga class! I love being able to have our class right out on the beach and I teach it in a way that keeps us from getting all sandy while allowing everyone to enjoy a class that is both relaxing and powerful.

What a fantastic class! I’m a fellow yoga teacher and avid yogi, and I’m never sure what to expect when I attend yoga classes when I travel. This was an absolute treat! Kelsey is an outstanding teacher. Her sequence was mindfully crafted and offered something for all levels, while keeping us present and mindful of the beauty in front of us.
