We really enjoyed our tour with Laura around Central Park Laura was very knowledgable about the different locations and explained them all to us in a engaging manner. It was a great way to see the park and parts of the city that we would perhaps not have seen Thanks Laura

Fantastic! We were a family of 5 that joined late even though they clearly mention that the tour will not wait , but the On Location office was very kind and supportive when we called in late. They held the tour for few minutes and after that they were on phone till we found our group. Our tour guide Catherine was outstanding, knowledgebale, courteous and super friendly. She showed us many TV/Movie sites, and also showed snaps eom those on her pad at the very sites as reference/reminder for us . Catherine was also nice and friendly with my seven year old boy having long discussions with him on the way so he didn't get bored Will recommend this anytime, specially those who are short in time and want to cover Central Park in a couple of hours, making the most of it

Our tour guide never showed up. We called the office and they did offer us another tour but it didn’t work with our schedule. They told us the tour guide had an emergency and there were no other guides available. This was after we waited over an hour to find out whether or not a guide was going to show up. This tour was the one thing my daughter really wanted to do and it was ruined. Very disappointing….would not use them again!!!! I would give them a zero but you have to select at least one star.

Hi there, as we've mentioned to you, our tour guide ended up having a big emergency. This is very unlike us. We did offer you a more expensive Sex and the City Tour for free, as well as gift certificates. We also offered you the opportunity to reschedule to another date.
