We were guided by Chef Carolyn and what a treat. Not only did she have a great depth of knowledge around the history of the Pike Place Market, her decades as a professional chef opened up a whole new world of food knowledge for us (and we're foodies)! We took the kids, teen girls, and they discovered foods that they really liked once tasted, but had always been scared to try. What a GREAT tour.

This chef guided tour of a few of the food vendors that you find at Pike Place Market is awesome!! Our guide, Chef Carolyn, was an absolutely perfect personality for our group. When the tour was complete we were all wanting it to continue for two reasons: 1- Chef Carolyn and her wealth of food knowledge. 2- We all new that there were countless other vendors that we did not visit during this tour. For foodies and non- foodies this tour is delightful, completely worth the price of admission and if you miss doing it - well - that's on you! Our party of six is a very wide range of interests and views and everyone of us have already decided to come and do this again if additional or different food vendors are offered!! One last observation- this is a perfect "regional taste test".
