This chef-guided market tour takes a journey through Pacific Northwest culture by tasting Seattle’s best artisan vendors in the famous Pike Place Market. Enjoy diverse tastings at 9 different locations— and food options like chocolate covered cherries, chowder, and much more. All groups are kept to 12 guests to ensure easier navigation of the market, more tastings, and a better platform to ask questions and interact with the group. Leave with a 10% discount card to shop and explore after the tour.

*Note that tours stops may adjust depending on time of year and guide.

This is a walking tour that does require a moderate amount of physical fitness due to distance, small hills, stairs and cobblestone terrain.

This is a market tour that includes walking/standing and not a restaurant tour with a variety of food alternatives and sitting opportunities.

This tour is not stroller accessible due to stairs and uneven terrain
Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
Meeting Location: is 1600 First Ave outside of Simply Seattle. We meet on the street. Chef will be wearing a chef coat
Gratuities (optional) are not included in the price
Please arrive 10 minutes early. Once the tour leaves the starting point we cannot catch you up as it is a moving tour and guides choose their own routes.
Eat Seattle is permitted and licensed by the Pike Place Market PDA to operate tours in the Pike Place Historical District. The PDA requires any business or person conducting tours within it’s properties and in the public areas of the historical district to be pre-approved and to have a license for this activity.
There is a paid parking garage located at 1531 Western Ave. If you require parking, leave lots of extra time. The lot could be closed due to over capacity in the Summer. We don't recommend driving for this reason..
In the event of a non-appearance for any reason, we regret to inform you that rescheduling or refunding will not be feasible.

We meet outside of Simply Seattle located at 1600 First Ave. That's First Ave and Pine Street. The tour leaves right on time and we won't be able to catch you up if you're late. If you're driving, leave lots of extra time to park.

Great tour with some Pike history mixed in. Scott was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable and funny. We didnt try one food we didnt like along the way.

Our tour was rescheduled because our guide got sick. They did a great job of informing us way ahead of time and were very professional and apologetic when rescheduling. That was very appreciated. The tour was fun and very informative about the history of not only the market but the people who built it and have kept it alive. Would definitely recommend this tour. Only thing is if your a big eater don’t expect to get a full meal this is a sample tour they are good but will not fill you up if your planning this to be your lunch. We weren’t so we ate a small lunch before but for people who are expecting this to be their lunch I don’t want you to be let down and have that ruin a great experience. Great tour fun guide and very professionally ran business from top to bottom.
