Chef Eric was knowledgeable, fun and kept us tasting again and again and again. So much fun. From yogurt (best I've ever tasted) to local cheese, smoked salmon, chocolate and more!

Chef Eric is a sharp witted, funny and extremely appropriate in his analogies, in addition to his history knowledge of the Pike Place Market. My wife and I have lived in and around Seattle for 30 years and this was a request by a family member to take a tour of Pike Place. We had a great time and the food spots are an incredible desire of the palette. The mix of chocolates to smoked salmon to truffles and many other food items is an incredible way to move around the Pike Place Market. We are going to sign up for the Wine and Beer tour with Chef Eric.

We enjoyed our tour and we’re glad we choose it over a simple visit on our own. The chef with us gave us really good insight in the history and workings of the Market. The tasting tour was kind of hokey because in every booth we could have walked up and gotten a sample ourselves. Our guide was a chef/artist/musician so lots going on. But he was a good guide
