We booked this tour knowing we would be using public transportation to arrive in PLENTY of time, however, when we arrived at the station for our train, we discovered we needed to wait for a bus to take us to a working station. This delayed our arrival so I called Shoreline Sightseeing. The receptionist was super understanding, and told me not to worry, and would put us on another boat ride if necessary. We barely arrived on time, but we made it! Joe, our guide, was amazing. We learned so much and gained an appreciation for the beautiful design of each building, the history of Chicago, and additional tips on how to enjoy the wonders of this city!

The tour was excellent. Courtney was our docent and she was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable and articulate and she enunciated and spoke at the perfect volume and cadence. She truly made the experience enjoyable.

Wonderful tour! The views are spectacular and our guide Evan was very informative and fun! In late September, bring a jacket, sunglasses and a camera! Full bar on boat. We would love to do this again at night.
