The cruise was made amazing just bcoz of Adam , our tour guide....he is too good and does his job exceptionally well....this guy shall go places just bcoz of his attitude and commitment....he bought out the best of Chicago and info provided was excellent , all with a smile and spirit of Chicago...We wished him well as we exited and promised him best rating on Trip Advisor....i kept my promise...

A very knowledgeable tour guide knew every single building along our route, telling us the history and the name of the architect. He knew plans for upcoming building projects, and showed us pictures. He attends meetings and stays current with the city planning department's efforts. He also shared his informed opinions, which I especially liked. When there was an ugly project, he wasn't afraid to say so, and when glorious buildings had been destroyed he pointed it out.
