Today was a glorious day in Chicago made all the more wonderful by The Underground Pedway & Secrets of the Loop tour. We are native Chicagoans yet there is so much about this beautiful, wonderful city we do not know. Our fantastic guide Frankie was amazing! She had such passion and positive energy. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very entertaining. She took us on a treasure hunt of wonders and shared so many facts, history, art, architecture and entertainment. My husband and I felt like we were on a vacation. Frankie gave attention to every member of our group and even created a cohesive bond among all who joined this tour for the two hour duration. I highly recommend this to out of town tourists as well as native Chicagoans, This will be a day long remembered. Thank you!

This tour was small, informative, and perhaps a bit obscure. That is my definition of perfect. Our guide was so nice and attentive. It was super cool to experience some of the lessor known, sadly overlooked, hidden-in-plain-sight gem buildings, tucked within the larger, “mainstream” skyline architecture. Absolutely worth the (short) time and (very reasonable)experience.

Frankie was an excellent guide for our small group, and we immediately formed a tight knit friendly approach which led to a lot of laughs. We found ourselves impacted by a surprise with a couple of locked pedway doors so Frankie seamlessly rerouted us to a different path that gave us what we were hoping to see. Highly recommended as a great way to explore Chicago. I'd seen several of the sites before through self-exploration but I learned more while on this tour, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
