Please note tickets will be emailed as an URL ticket from: [email protected].

Due to extensive fraud prevention, your ticket delivery may be delayed. However, tickets will be delivered no later than 2 weeks prior to the performance. Once the URL ticket is delivered, please have your ticket ready by clicking on the link provided and displaying the ticket on your phone at the theatre. The ticket’s unique barcode is only valid for one entry.

Please do not be late! Some shows will not seat late arrivals until a suitable pause in the performance. Late seating is entirely at theatre management discretion.

Some other things to remember:
- Please turn off cell phones prior to the start of the show. It’s not just courteous to the other patrons; it’s the law in New York.
- Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket; regardless of age.
- Most Broadway theatres do not allow children under the age of 4 years to attend the performances. Also, some shows may not be suitable for children under 12. Please check with us if you are not certain.

Chicago was a downright 5!!! Spectacular show that exceeded expectations!!!! Booking through viator is a complete nightmare. The dozens of links to my tickets did not link to any usable ticket. The extra dozen of ads for viator took some time to ease through when I had to show them proof of my purchase… even then, the theater company had to contact viator to get a confirmation code that I had paid up. They never sent me tickets I could use, and the instructions to download them is garbage…. It doesn’t take you a ticket you can download, just an email that clearly says it’s not your ticket for entry… Unless you want to be completely stressed out and unsure you have a ticket, I would pass on this agency and go for some company that gives you ticket in hand or emails the proof of purchase the day you purchase them.

Exceptionally good show, top music and dance numbers. Seating a bit cramped, but overall truly unique musical. And a very strong message too! However bitterly disappointed with ticket sales rip off. Booked from UK before travel 4 weeks ago, at the time venue was showing only 8 tkta left, bought ticekts for $100. Yesterday same ticjet was available at door for $69! Just a rip off...sad to see. Been to dozens of musicals in London, never had this experience. So anyone reading this, suggest buy Broadway tickets at door on the day. The demand is nowhere like London.

As Broadway shows go this was just average for us. It didn't help that the night before we saw Moulin Rouge which was fabulous. My oldest daughter and I saw this show many years ago and enjoyed it, but this was a first for my youngest daughter. It was entertaining but just average for us. The prices are reasonable, but I think 25 years it may be time to change.
