Climbers aged 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Climbers must be able to speak and understand English.

Just amazing Mel and saffir were patient and amazing as my fear of heights isn't compatible with things like this but over came them for a little bit A must do

This experience was incredible! I would 100% recommend even if you’re scared of heights! You get the best unobstructed views of the city. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Even thou there was a mix-up with our tickets at the start and a 1-hour delay, staff were so kind and helped us massively pluck up the courage to hang off the edge! Unfortunately, I slipped on the stairs on the way up and hurt my knee but was still able to make it to the top. The stairs on the way up are a workout, and it is bloody freezing. Due to the pain of my knee, i didn't feel comfortable hanging off the edge, but I enjoyed the views and what was around me. Jason and the manager are an absolute credit to this experience, so thank you so much for making this the best attraction I've done ever done. I did this solo with a group of Germans in our group. Who were very kind to me. I'd recommend you don't do it alone and do it with a friend. Next time I'm back in New York, I've unfinished business and will be back to do the hang off the edge!
