Miami is a big sprawling city and in these circumstances we often opt for a bus tour. When you combine this one with a nearly two hour boat tour of the harbor, the deal becomes almost irresistible. All in all it was a good time, two knowledgable guides with friendly patter, a warm day spent on the top deck checking out the sights. The one down side is that a number of special events were happening that day and so two 'must see' points on the route were eliminated due to traffic concerns. This gave us more time at the Bayside Market, a large eating and shopping complex near the harbor. I did appreciate that there was little hard sell at any of the stops, even the cigar store in Little Havana.

Nice tour of the city and harbour. The clerk Stephen at the main office was very helpful in advising how to get back to our hotel, which was further from the office than if we had picked up a cab from Bayside by suggesting that we use Uber. Since we had never used Uber before he helped load the app and guided us through the whole process. He did a great job, thank you.

This company was very easy to work with, especially because we had an unexpected change of pickup point. The bus was fun, but be warned - it does go onto a causeway that can be very windy. Hold on to your hats if you're on the upper deck! My only complaint was with the stop in Little Havana. They stopped at a cigar store for a small thing of Cuban coffee and a bathroom break. The cigar shop only had one bathroom open, so we were all stuck in this smelly cigar store waiting for a bathroom. The tour guide should have given us options for people who didn't want to be exposed to nicotine smoke. Other than that, we really appreciated the hotel pickup and dropoff afterwards.
