Great way of seeing the sights in one afternoon. The bus ride showed a lot of different neighbourhoods and also gave us a chance to get off and do a bit of shopping! Then we got to the boat terminal and had a nice sail around the islands. Overall great value for money - be prepared to spend a bit more if you want extras!

Things you need to know: check in at the main office (305 Landings) to get your stickers. This is not something that is listed. If you have to use the restroom before boarding the bus, McDonald’s across the street is the only public restroom. Get there early enough to get in line at the bus stop so you can ride up top. Do the same at the boat ride otherwise you will have people standing in front of you on the boat and you won’t be able to see anything because people are obnoxious. Music is not appropriate for small children or for very religious people. There are 2 restrooms on the boat. I would highly suggest to bring your own water and snacks because everything is so expensive. The bus driver we had was comedic. The sites we saw we okay. It was enough to get us to come back and visit on our own. Little Havana was great! However, on the tour you only got about 30-40 minutes. Not enough time to view the shops and get some good authentic food. The stop we had while waiting for the boat was at the Bayside Market. We ate at the restaurant recommended by the bus driver. Very expensive, but very good food. The boat ride was nice until obnoxious passengers felt it necessary to stand up and block the view from others. One suggestion I would make to the crew on the boat is to ensure all passengers stay seated unless they need to go downstairs for drinks or to use the bathroom. Overall, our experience was good and it filled the day up. I would recommend this tour if you want to know a little bit about Miami and Little Havana.

The Tour-Guide-MC on the Boat Was fantastic and funny and cued all music themes. The outgoing bus guide was nice as well
