It was a nightmare. The tour guide was drinking alcohol, they only did one stop before we were felt at Bayside. We got to Bayside waited for 40 mins to be allowed on a boat as they didn’t have tickets for us clearly unorganized. The horrible of this trip was the boat felt at 6 20 pm and when we returned the tour bus was driving off leaving over 30 plus of its guest standing by the roadside. We called their customer service number and spoke to a rude guy he gave us several names Eric, Donald , anyways he said that wasn’t his job to assist us. He did not provide us with any help at all more than we need to take a Uber and it’s our responsibility if the bus left us and he also states the office was closed and had no men’s to help. We were given Scott’s number at the office after we had to pay another company to take us back ( their office was still open) Another disgust customer called Scott who is meant to be the manager and he out the phone down on him. When I called it went to voicemail. I left him a message and todate I haven’t receive a call. This company takes no responsibility of how they treat their customers clearly and non of the staff took responsibility of what happened to us. No accountability No apology Staff driving on the job Nothing. I am waiting on a refund from this. I’m clearly unsatisfied with this company and the service they offered.

Tour supposed to be start by 2:30 but delayed by 1 hour without providing proper information and same case with drop off as it delayed by 1 hour though all participants are on bus. No planning or coordination between bus and boat operators as crowd is over boarded and need to stand for 90 min in boat tour without chairs

So this was our 6th time taking this tour. The boat cruise was fine. The bus tour was not a tour at all. The bus had a tire blowout one the highway about 20 minutes into the tour. The driver still drove another 30 or so minutes to get us to Little Havana. We had to stay there for another 40 minutes while they repaired the tire. Then we were driven straight to Bayside Market for the boat cruise. We didn't get what we paid for with the bus. I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen however, we should have been compensated with a discount on another bus tour. Because there was no good customer service in that regard, we will not use this tour company again.
