I didnt like this experience. Our tour wasnt organized as they say. The guide was educated but without any carism. The driver was rude and with a bad humor. And inside Beyside Market the tour was not organized and we lost one hour of the tour since they put us inside the boat without the one hour in the Market. A total mess.

Do not do this tour. Expensive waste of time. If you sit on the upper deck you have to duck most of the trip because of overgrown trees, cables and bridges. They also do not tell you that you are driving on I95 on the upper deck of the bus and literally have to duck to avoid bridges. You cannot hear what the tour guide is saying. The lower deck is “air conditioned” however it is not cool at all. They force you to eat in an overpriced restaurant that is not good. The actual tour is useless. Nothing interesting is seen.

I booked this tour on line hoping for the best.We arrived 30 minutes late at Lincoln Road South Beach and it didnt present a problem. The bus departs on the half hour every hour. We boarded the 10.30 and off we went. The tour was fantastic in the blistering heat. One of us sat upstairs and the other opted for the cool interior downstairs. The guide gave it gusto peppered with humour and pointed out all the interesting places,from Wynnwood to the gigantic jacuzzi on the top of a building. We stopped in Little Havana and went into The Pub where we purchased a beverage. We saw many areas of interest. Then to our surprise we were told that we had a bay cruise included in our ticket. After a break and some lunch in Bayside off we took by water where we viewed the villas and the skyline from the sea with more interesting commentary. I have been on many city tours around the world. However, this tour was terrific for us europeans, A friend joined us later in the week. We recommended it to her and she took it on her own and thoroughly enjoyed it. Dont miss it! We arrived back in our hotel at 5pm.
