Cocktail culture was born during Prohibition when alcohol was so potent and nose curling that bartenders and home brewers started combining mixers with the booze to make it more palatable!
We follow the tradition of those early mixologists and will help you learn how to make proper Prohibition Era cocktails.
So come and enjoy a 2 hour "Intimate Cocktail Class" with award-winning bartenders at a 1920's "Speakeasy" in the American Prohibition Museum!

My husband and I took the cocktail class on a whim while we were in town celebrating our anniversary. It was the highlight of our trip. Our instructor, Paul, clearly knew his stuff and was so entertaining! We learned so much and had an incredible time. We came out of the class with a list of items we've already ordered to make sure our home bar is well-equipped for the new recipes we learned (though new equipment is not necessary at all- you learn a lot of tricks in this class). I would not have said that we were cocktail novices before this class, but as promised it definitely builds your confidence and understanding of the history, science, and art behind a good drink. I would recommend this class in a heartbeat.

Paul was great !! Very good discussion and instructions. Entertaining class. Small group of three couples, with proper social distance. I highly recommend the class.
