In this class you will receive hands on training from a Michelin trained chef. You'll learn the many secrets and techniques of the world's top kitchens and receive tips and tricks for replicating professional-quality dishes at home.

Our guests will experience local ingredients that are little-known in other corners of the world. We'll explain to you the storied histories of these products, their traditional and contemporary use in cuisine, and how to maximize their use. This said, our recipes are specifically crafted to be replicable so that you can use your newfound knowledge to impress your dinner guests wherever you call home.

All of our menus are customized to fit your dietary needs and interests. Please let us know of any preferences, dislikes, or allergies so that you can feel as at home in our kitchen as we do. We like to accommodate multiple groups so that travelers can mingle and make friends as they cook the night away. Private groups can be arranged upon request.

Our hostess surprised us with a dinner prepared by Chef Greg. Five of us, all accomplished cooks, were extremely impressed by his knowledge, talent, and organizational skills. We were greeted with a light appetizer and drinks, prepared by the hostess, and then dove into the world of Chef Greg. He gave each of us prepared handouts with ingredients listed and lots of free space to take notes. We asked a million questions, and his depth of knowledge is incredible for a 27 year old! Perhaps an old soul in a young body! When we wanted to try our hands at some of the more complicated dishes, like forming mushroom tortellini, he was patient and encouraging. I have no qualms in recommending Chef Greg and all of his offerings.

Wow! What a great experience! Chef Greg is a culinary master! He joyfully shares knowledge from the impressive institutes and restaurants where he has worked and refined his innate talents and love of cooking. Chef Greg is engaging and knowledgeable about the science behind cooking. This was particularly appreciated by our 21 year old son - who I convinced to join me. He was not disappointed in his decision and thoroughly enjoyed not only the meat preparations but the pastry preps too-who knew! Thanks Chef Greg, for a delightful and memorable experience in a beautiful Sedona venue. We look forward to utilizing our new skills and I’m sure our future dinner guests send thanks to you too!

Let me start by saying that if you are reading reviews you are considering this class...stop looking and book! The cooking class is very engaging and interactive, you will leave with new skills and ideas. Even the most novice cook will enjoy the way Greg provides instruction and supports you through the process. Greg is not only a joy to get to know, he is extremely competent, patient, and shares his passion for cooking in the most beautiful atmosphere. Food, company, ambiance, and you walk away bringing just a bit of new talent with you!
