Awesome experience! Captain Mike and our guide Matt were so knowledgeable and friendly. We were not rushed swimming with the manatees at all! Definitely the best experience!

My fiancée loved swimming with the manatees! When we got their, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed on the boat and watched. We watched a video about swimming with the manatees before we left. Our captain Mike and tour guide Matt were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our tour. They really made sure you spent plenty of time in the water swimming with them. We had a small group on our boat and everyone was great! It’s a great place snd lots of fun!

I don't even know where to start, this company/tour is so amazing! I was visiting Florida with some friends for a few days a week ago and was trying to squeeze several fun things in including this manatee swim and airboat tour on the last day before flying home. This ended up being the absolute best thing we did the entire trip! When we walked in, we were greeted by Jen who was very nice and helpful about all of our questions we had since we arrived about an hour early, she made us feel very welcome and glad we chose that tour. The shop there has lots of nice manatee souvenirs too! We went on the tour with Captain/Guides Trish and Wade which were so awesome! They were super friendly and you could tell they fully enjoyed taking people out to see the manatees and shared much knowledge with us about their behaviors and what to do and what not to do. They found a couple manatees that were alreadt surrounded by people so instead of just being a typical tour operator, they went above and beyond to spend more time to find other manatees that were in a more relaxed state where the water hadn't been churned up by crowds and sure enough a few minutes later there were 4+ manatees! They helped us get in the water and made it very easy since Trish knew the spot to be the whole time, you just go where she's at. Since I was a little kid, manatees have been my favorite animal but I've never seen one until I did this tour. We drove a few hours across Florida just to do this and it was well worth it! To make the trip even better, Trish took photos the whole time while in the water and had them available to see/purchase at the end and I felt like that's such a great option to know that you can just enjoy being in the water with the manatees while you let her take the photos. My friends and I are already planning another trip back to Florida but with this being the main attraction. We also booked the combo with an airboat tour through River Ventures which was just up the road and let me tell you that was the cherry on top! If you have the time, book the manatee swim and the airboat tour because they're both so amazing! Thanks Jen, Trish, and Wade!
